Receptionist for Educational Institution

We are currently in search of a full-time Receptionist to provide essential administrative support within our dynamic environment. Role Summary:
The Receptionist will be tasked with managing various clerical and administrative responsibilities, ensuring efficient front desk operations. This includes welcoming and guiding students and visitors, maintaining organized documentation, and directing incoming communications to the appropriate departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist students and visitors, directing them to the correct location or department.
- Support scheduling and organizational tasks.
- Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries.
- Contribute to the overall flow of daily operations.
- Maintain a tidy and professional front desk and lounge area.
- Assist in preparations for upcoming academic terms.
- Ensure functionality of office equipment, coordinating service as needed.
- Provide technical assistance to students and faculty regarding computer-related issues.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Nursing Program Administrator.
Qualifications:
- Effective Communication: Ability to comprehend and execute instructions accurately, with a strong emphasis on understanding institutional policies.
- Interpersonal Skills: Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and current students, fostering positive interactions.
- Organizational Abilities: Demonstrated capability in managing schedules, handling communications, and facilitating visitor experiences.
- Technical Proficiency: Competence in composing emails, managing documents, and utilizing spreadsheets is essential.
