About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage and direct the delivery and operations of ETF administered benefit programs. As a Trust Funds Director, you will provide strategic and operational leadership, directing the delivery of services and operations of a Bureau.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for program improvement, sustainability, scalability, modernization, and streamlining.
  • Lead day-to-day business operations, establishing operational goals, measuring performance goals, developing policies and procedures, managing workload, and resolving issues.
  • Communicate with diverse stakeholder groups, including customers, staff, management, and business partners.
  • Supervise subordinate staff, including hiring, assigning work, performance evaluation, discipline, and developing employee performance standards.
  • Manage the administration of benefit programs and supervise lower-level supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Experience in directly supervising other staff, developing and implementing strategies for program improvement, leading day-to-day business operations, communicating with diverse stakeholder groups, and supervising subordinate staff.
  • Highly qualified candidates will also have experience with developing employee performance standards, managing the administration of benefit programs, and supervising lower-level supervisors.
