Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operation, support, including change management of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance in best practices for ServiceNow development.
  • Ensure the platform's stability, security, and performance by conducting regular code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases and leverage new features and functionality to enhance platform capabilities.
  • Lead the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow applications and modules, including custom solutions.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to strategic planning for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform located in US, Asia, and Europe.
  • Develop and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies to automate business processes.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and develop and maintain data import/export processes.
  • Implement best practices for data management, security, and compliance within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Manage end-to-end development of medium-size projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and requirements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and configuration guides.
