Strategic Creative Director for Global Campaigns

We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead our global campaigns, crafting innovative experiences that captivate audiences worldwide. This strategic role demands exceptional creative vision, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to inspire teams.
As part of our dynamic team, you will develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies, seamlessly integrating digital display, social media, activations, video, and more. Your creative expertise will bring our brand story to life, delighting diverse audiences across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Visionary: Set the creative direction for integrated campaigns, grounded in our brand vision, product truths, customer insights, and knowledge of the customer journey.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders from various departments and external agencies to develop impactful campaigns that resonate globally.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior-level creative team members, fostering an environment where they can take creative risks and produce their best work.
- Digital-First Thinking: Bring a digital-first mindset to every project, working closely with stakeholders to optimize digital creative based on real-time performance data.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in the creative industry, with at least 5 years dedicated to integrated, digital-first campaigns.
- Exceptional leadership skills, enabling effective collaboration across organizational boundaries.
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate creative colleagues to produce world-class solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on presenting creative ideas and strategies to senior executives.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, with the ability to create high-quality work.
What We Offer:
We provide a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $169,500 - $296,600, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. Sales positions typically offer a strong On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Health plans, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan, and family leave programs are also part of our comprehensive benefits package.
