We are a leading salon franchise specializing in semi-permanent eyelash extensions in the beauty industry. Our mission is to provide a superior eyelash extension experience to our clients, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Eyelash Extension Specialist to join our team at The Lash Lounge Ponte Vedra - Nocatee Town Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, performing eyelash extension services, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough client consultations prior to service application and record notes in client charts.
  • Schedule procedures with clients and lead them through the experience process.
  • Perform daily procedures/applications of eyelash extension services to scheduled clients at the highest level of quality and care.
  • Communicate and explain aftercare instructions to clients and handle client concerns that arise during and after procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized procedure room/work station and inventory management.
  • Responsible for proper sanitization of all implements according to The Lash Lounge protocol and licensing.
  • Assist in promoting the salon and services at events and perform services upon request to build the brand.
  • Perform semi-permanent eyelash extensions, volume eyelash extensions, temporary eyelash extensions, lash and brow tinting, eyelash perming, facial threading, makeup application, and permanent make-up procedures.
Requirements
  • Active Florida Cosmetology/Esthetics License is required.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work professionally with the public.
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Comfortable educating clients on products and services offered.
  • Great work ethic, well organized, and extremely detail-oriented.
  • Ability to engage and retain customers.
  • Ability to up-sell products and services.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Great attitude and outgoing personality.
  • Likes to work with people and build strong relationships.
  • Passionate about the beauty industry.
  • Forms strong working relationships within the team and is considered a team player.
  • Identifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists others.
  • Ongoing learner; exhibits insatiable curiosity and an interest in self-improvement.
  • Ability to pass background check.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in eyelash extensions, lash and brow tinting, eyelash perming, facial threading, and permanent make-up procedures.
