• Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations for eyelash extensions.
• Application and Service: Apply eyelash extensions using our proven methods and protocols, ensuring the health and safety of clients' natural lashes.
• Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Book Building and Sales: Develop and maintain a loyal client base, and educate clients on the best ways to care for their eyelash extensions, including the sale of related products.
• Studio Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, adhering to all sanitation protocols and standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business goals and objectives.

• A Cosmetology or Esthetician license
• Passionate about the beauty industry

• Previous experience preferred, but not required
