Warehouse Operations Trainee - Neffsville

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Warehouse Operations Trainee. This position is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of our busy warehouse.

The Warehouse Operations Trainee will assist in various tasks that support our service technicians in the field. Responsibilities include managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with plumbing, HVAC, and related service calls.
  • Deliver essential parts to technicians on-site.
  • Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
  • Engage actively in training sessions and team meetings.
  • Support weekend operations as needed.
  • Oversee daily warehouse activities.
  • Place orders with suppliers as required.
  • Receive and organize incoming material deliveries.
  • Conduct bi-weekly replenishments for truck inventory.
  • Ensure a safe and clutter-free warehouse space.
  • Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) for transactions and troubleshooting.
  • Stock new vehicles with necessary materials and tools.
  • Conduct periodic inventories for both trucks and warehouse.
  • Assist with fleet management tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills suited for a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable with a positive attitude.

Working Conditions:

  • Work is primarily conducted in a warehouse setting.
  • Must be able to lift and carry items weighing over 50 lbs.

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
