Grocery Outlet is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist to contribute to our Regional Fulfillment Center operations.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of orders. Your responsibilities will encompass receiving, storing, picking, packing, and scanning products with accuracy and speed.

Your primary focus will be on:

  • Preparing and completing customer orders promptly and accurately, including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping.
  • Receiving and processing incoming stock from our Distribution Center, ensuring proper handling, labeling, storage, and inventory control.
  • Maintaining meticulous inventory records and upholding high quality standards to meet audit requirements.
    • Creating a clean, organized, and safe working environment by optimizing space utilization and adhering to safety protocols.
    • Promptly reporting any discrepancies or issues encountered during the fulfillment process.

    • A starting hourly rate of $18.00, with an additional production incentive opportunity of $3.50 per hour.

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • The ability to stand, sit, bend, twist, and turn for extended periods throughout an 8-10 hour shift.
    • A minimum of one year of experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
    • Familiarity with voice picking systems or a willingness to learn this technology.
    • Proficiency in operating electric riding pallet jacks.
    • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
    • A strong understanding of modern warehousing safety procedures and best practices.
