Job Summary:

Grocery Outlet is seeking a highly skilled and experienced High Reach Forklift Operator to join our team in Leola, PA. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a high-reach forklift to move and store merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate High Reach Forklift: Master the operation of a high-reach forklift to load and unload goods from trucks and shelves.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and that merchandise is properly stored and secured.
  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, reporting any incidents or hazards to management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other warehouse staff to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certifications: Valid forklift operator certification.
  • Experience: Previous experience operating a high-reach forklift.
  • Availability: Availability to work the 3rd shift (9:30 PM - 6:00 AM, Sunday to Thursday).
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to lift heavy objects.
