As a key member of our team, you will represent clients in court proceedings related to multifamily housing and mixed-use real estate.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a large volume of cases, ensuring organization and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement litigation strategies.
  • Work closely with Washington D.C. and Virginia-based real estate and property management clients.
  • Handle various aspects of litigation and risk management issues.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience, including law school or clerkship.
  • Washington, D.C. bar admission required; Virginia bar admission is a bonus.
  • Open to candidates with public or non-profit litigation experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
