About the Job

Hunt Hive Talent is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Associate to join our client's high-profile litigation practice in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience handling complex litigation matters and be skilled in legal research, brief-writing, document production, and discovery.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual to handle all aspects of complex litigation matters, including legal research, brief-writing, and running document production. The successful candidate will also manage and execute discovery processes, collaborate with the litigation team to support pretrial, trial, and appellate efforts, and contribute to client development activities such as writing articles and attending speaking engagements.

  • Complex Litigation Expertise: Proven experience handling complex litigation matters, including discovery and brief-writing.
  • Client Development: Ability to contribute to client growth by participating in articles, speaking engagements, and other activities.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in team settings.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing responsibilities.
What You Bring
  • Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admitted in District of Columbia and Maryland.
  • 4+ years of experience handling complex litigation matters.
  • Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a professional demeanor when working with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings.
