Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate a seamless and timely customs process flow.
  • Perform accurate and prompt data entry into our operational systems.
  • Monitor and report on customs files through tracking and tracing.
  • Ensure precise and timely billing for clients.


As a Customs Compliance Coordinator, you will:

  • Comprehend all components of the import and export customs Desk Level Operating Procedure and accurately interpret this information to meet customer expectations.
  • Transfer customs declaration information from various documents into the customs entry system to create valid customs declarations.
  • Assist in verifying customs declaration information and submitting it to the customs authority.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulations at all times.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of customs brokerage processes and customs legislation, particularly regarding classification, valuation, and origin.
  • Familiarity with ocean, road, and air documentation processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive mindset with strong organizational and computer skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Fluency in English.


Reporting Structure:
Report to the Customs Brokerage Lead Agent, Supervisor, and Manager.
