Job Title: Enterprise IT Risk Management Global Lead

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced professional to lead its Enterprise-IT Risk Management efforts globally. This role will oversee internal and external risk management activities within the NAM Region and assigned Domains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team to develop and implement strategies for identifying, assessing, and mitigating internal and external risks.
  • Build partnerships across Ent-IT, Domains, and BU's to launch risk review campaigns and understand strategic risks in the Ent-IT space.
  • Define, identify, and assess risks to the Ent-IT organization, infrastructure, NAM Region, and assigned Domains.
  • Create Key Internal Controls (KICs) of risk and deploy, implement, and maintain them.
  • Measure, monitor, and report on risks to assure proper visibility and mitigation.
  • Provide thought leadership on evolving areas impacting NAM Region and assigned Domains.
  • Share experience in communities, enhance security team accomplishments, and provide overall leadership of Global/NAM Team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Risk Management, Business Administration, or Cyber Security.
  • 10+ years of work-related experience in risk management/cybersecurity.
  • Experience in working with international organizations and collaborating with global teams.
  • Multilingual with English required.
