Job Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department, aligning HR policies and procedures with organizational goals. This position involves recruiting, retention efforts, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries in a professional and client-centric manner.
  • Maintain confidential personnel files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist management in preparing employment and labor relations documents, including disciplinary notices.
  • Support staffing efforts, including check-in and check-out procedures for events.
  • Collaborate with teams to coordinate employee appreciation activities and events.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and career events.
  • Contribute to new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and questions, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
