Senior Inspector

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Inspector to join our team at The LiRo Group. As a Senior Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our construction projects.

• Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
• Monitor and track project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion and cost-effectiveness.
• Interface with clients, agencies, and contractors to resolve issues and ensure project success.
• Coordinate and track all project plans and drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• NICET III/IV certification.
• Experience in construction inspections, particularly in replacement and rehabilitation work for the New Jersey Turnpike Authority and New Jersey Transit.
• ACI-CCTC, ACI, and TCP certifications required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to maintain field and office records and perform quantity computations.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications, with a strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and procedures.
