Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

The Billing Analyst will oversee all aspects of invoicing, inter-company billings, and accounts receivable management. The successful candidate will be tasked with:

  • Generating and dispatching invoices to clients.
  • Creating various reports and spreadsheets pertinent to billing and receivables.
  • Interpreting contract specifications and procedures effectively.
  • Addressing any inquiries related to the billing process promptly.
  • Maintaining comprehensive records for invoice payments.
  • Documenting and reviewing all billing milestones.
  • Conducting billing reconciliations and analyses.
  • Identifying challenges and proposing solutions for invoicing and process enhancements.
  • Collaborating with other departments and fulfilling additional duties as necessary.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, maintaining the required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience.
  • Strong mathematical abilities and advanced spreadsheet proficiency.
  • Preferred: Experience in project finance support and electric utility accounting.
Essential Skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proven experience in modeling and analytical tasks.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
