Role Description:
As an E-Commerce Account Manager at Westin Furniture, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through effective management of assigned marketplace channels and development of new sales channels. You will be responsible for maintaining product catalogs, creating and optimizing product listings, and resolving customer issues in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate product information and ensure seamless integration across all marketplaces.
  • Develop and implement effective customer service processes to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements & Attributes:
  • 1 year of experience in e-commerce or marketing, preferably in furniture or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with Pay-Per-Click marketing and SEO principles.

Salary Range:
The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
