Overview
Ajinomoto Foods North America is seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to oversee and grow paid digital marketing tactics across our brands. The ideal candidate will align with internal marketing teams and desired media platforms to optimize campaigns and achieve desired return on ad spend targets.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive growth objectives
• Collaborate closely with internal category teams and external agencies to plan, develop, and implement paid marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, and email marketing
• Provide input on an integrated marketing calendar to incorporate the comprehensive media plan
• Lead and mentor a small team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Proactively seek opportunities to evolve performance by developing and implementing new strategies, optimizations, and A/B tests, ensuring achievement of key performance indicators and media efficiency targets (return on ad spend, click-through rate, etc.)
• Create and deliver campaign performance reports and lead performance discussions with internal stakeholders, including results, insights, and recommended optimizations
• Improve the efficiency of sponsored products at retailer websites
• Assume a pivotal role in evaluating and implementing new acquisition channels
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and bring forth new and innovative ways to propel business forward
• Handle budget projections, planning, forecasting, and invoice management

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including paid search and social media, media planning, and buying
• 2+ years of experience in consumer-packaged goods
• Active certifications for Google Ads, Meta, and Google Analytics
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and programmatic ad networks
• Experience and proven success managing a large portfolio of brands with diverse budgets and key performance indicators
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices preferred
• Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations

Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 annually
