Accredited by the esteemed Joint Commission, we operate 31 health centers across Fresno and Kern counties, offering a comprehensive range of services including Pediatric Care, Adult Care, Dental Care, Behavioral Health, Case Management, Prenatal & Women’s Health, Substance Abuse Treatment, HIV/AIDS testing and treatment, Health Education, Outreach, and WIC services. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver primary care services such as examinations, diagnoses, and treatment to individuals and families within the community.
- Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans while ensuring compliance with clinic policies and procedures, focusing on outpatient responsibilities.
- Maintain licensure as a Board Certified MD or DO in California, possessing prescriptive authority and current DEA certification.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of medical records in the EMR system in accordance with organizational policies.
- Facilitate referrals for patients requiring specialty care as necessary.
- Provide essential information and education to patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care.
