Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver primary care services, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatment for individuals and families within the community.
  2. Develop appropriate treatment plans and ensure follow-up care in alignment with clinic policies and procedures, focusing on outpatient responsibilities.
  3. Maintain licensure and board certification as an MD or DO in California, possessing prescriptive authority and current DEA certification.
  4. Ensure accurate medical records documentation in the EMR for all patients, adhering to organizational policies.
  5. Refer patients to specialty care when necessary.
  6. Provide essential information and education to patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care.
