Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver primary care services, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatment for individuals and families within the community.
- Develop appropriate treatment plans and ensure follow-up care in alignment with clinic policies and procedures, focusing on outpatient responsibilities.
- Maintain licensure and board certification as an MD or DO in California, possessing prescriptive authority and current DEA certification.
- Ensure accurate medical records documentation in the EMR for all patients, adhering to organizational policies.
- Refer patients to specialty care when necessary.
- Provide essential information and education to patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care.
