JOB SUMMARY

The Technology Solutions Analyst will spearhead the integration and enhancement of technological innovations within Kavaliro and its construction initiatives. This position requires leading the collaboration between corporate IT, operational teams, and various departments to ensure the optimal utilization of technology resources. The Analyst will cultivate a proactive and independent IT team within the operational sector, fostering productivity and operational excellence. They will oversee continuous technology enhancement throughout the organization, utilizing knowledge of the latest trends in construction technology, software, and platforms to boost operational effectiveness, streamline workflows, and guarantee the successful delivery of technology projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Manage corporate technology operations and provide expert technical guidance across the organization.
  • Lead the evaluation and development of technology solutions within the company.
  • Stay updated on advancements and trends in construction technology, software, and platforms.
  • Assess the current technological infrastructure and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend construction management software and platforms to enhance project efficiency and collaboration.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand their technological requirements and challenges.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to seamlessly integrate technology solutions into construction projects.
  • Oversee the implementation and deployment of construction management software, including various industry-leading tools.
  • Provide training and support to staff, ensuring they are adept at utilizing technology solutions effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of construction technology systems, troubleshooting issues as necessary.
  • Analyze data from diverse construction technology platforms to derive insights and enhance decision-making processes.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards related to construction technology.

Job Skills & Abilities Guidelines:

  • Proficiency in construction management software and platforms, including various leading technology tools.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering, construction management, construction technology, engineering, computer science, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 3 – 7 years of demonstrated experience in a similar capacity within the construction sector, with a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and workflows.

SOFTWARE USE

Familiarity with construction management software, including various leading technology tools.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

  • Pre-employment background screening.
  • Drug/alcohol testing (negative test results).
  • Background/security clearance (if applicable).
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
