Position Overview
We are in search of a Construction Cost Analyst to aid in formulating precise estimates for a variety of building projects, particularly focusing on public works initiatives such as multi-family residential, educational, institutional, municipal, and industrial structures. Key responsibilities encompass interpreting and analyzing plans, specifications, bid forms, and other contractual documents; executing accurate quantity take-offs; meticulously reviewing contract documents for bid submissions; and fostering effective communication with the estimating team, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Proficiency in software tools such as Bluebeam, Excel, Procore, and Outlook is highly desirable. Candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience specifically in construction cost analysis.
