Project Coordinator, Adrienne Arsht Latin America Center

Job Summary
The Atlantic Council seeks a highly motivated and organized individual to support the Adrienne Arsht Latin America Center in Washington, DC. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Center, including planning and producing public/private convenings and events, and supporting research and writing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with ongoing projects, including planning events, conducting research, writing, and editing documents.
- Help coordinate onsite, offsite, and virtual events, including coordinating VIP arrivals and departures, guest management, and AV coordination.
- Provide research, administrative, and logistical assistance to lines of programming within the Center with a focus on Brazil and G20 work.
- Help coordinate engagement with external stakeholders in multilateral organizations, financial institutions, government, and the private sector.
- Produce relevant readouts and summaries of meetings for internal record keeping and external knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in international affairs, political economy, public policy, communications, public affairs, or a related field.
- Approximately 1-2 years relevant work experience.
- Proven knowledge of political, economic, and social issues in the LAC region.
- Superior writing, communication, and analytic skills. Spanish highly desired, Portuguese a plus.
- Proven track record in supporting multiple projects simultaneously and a demonstrated ability to work efficiently and collaboratively.
- Excellent organizational, logistical, and administrative skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
