As part of the Accelerated Technologies Data Products Team, the Senior Data Analyst is responsible for development and support of clinical data assets in the form of business logic developed using SQL and other tools.
Key Responsibilities- Translate business and clinical needs into actionable data assets
- Analyze clinical and related business data to identify potential areas of improvement
- Develop implementation strategies for improving data quality and data standardization
- Build strong working relationships with business partners, project team and other ITG teams
- Perform extensive clinical and operational data analysis, creates documentation of data issues, and develops implementation strategies for improving data quality and data standardization
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 2+ years of healthcare data experience required
- 7-10+ years of SQL and data analytics experience required
- Qlik Sense or other BI tool experience required
- Strong understanding of multiple relational database systems (BigQuery, Teradata, SQL Server, Postgres, etc.)
- Working knowledge of multiple programming languages. Python experience preferred
- Able to manipulate, analyze, and visualize data from different source systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership skills working with diverse and complex projects
- Strong problem and issue resolution experience and create quality deliverables
- Highly motivated and be able to work independently with little supervision
- Able to identify dependencies and mitigate risks across multiple products
