Office Coordinator

LAND OF CARS is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator - Operations to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office team.
- Coordinate scheduling and calendar management.
- Manage internal resources and maintain organized files.
- liaise with visitors and communicate policies and procedures.
- Support executive-level operations, including booking travel and submitting expense reports.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- 1-2 years experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or receptionist preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, high-energy attitude.
- Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set.
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, fax machines, projectors).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint).
