Job Summary:
Arosa is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Per Diem Nurse. As a PRN Nurse, you will provide in-home nursing care to our clients, working independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on nursing care to clients in their homes, including wound care, medication administration, and catheterizations.
- Assess client needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document client progress and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure.
- Valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- PC literacy and proficiency in electronic medical records.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in nursing, preferably in home healthcare.
- Ability to interface effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
