Job Title: Registered Nurse 2

UHealth Tower is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse 2 to join our team. As a Registered Nurse 2, you will be responsible for delivering patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner, utilizing evidence-based standards of quality, safety, and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess assigned patients and evaluate plans to include documentation of nursing care.
  • Report symptoms and changes in patients' condition and vital signs.
  • Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses, conditions, and physician orders.
  • Review, evaluate, and report diagnostic tests to assess patient's condition.
  • Consult with physicians and other healthcare professionals related to assigned patients to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Prepare patients for, and assist with examinations, procedures, and treatments.
  • Perform appropriate patient tests and safely administer medications within the scope of practice.
  • Communicate plan of care in a timely manner to patient and family, as well as the appropriate team members, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
  • Registered Nurse License.
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS).
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
