Job SummaryWe are seeking an Assistant General Manager to assist the Site General Manager with daily car wash operations and contribute to the continued success of our site.
As an Assistant General Manager, you will learn to manage your own site, working with the Site General Manager to meet inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety standards.

- Assist with hiring, training, coaching, managing, and developing Teammates
- Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth

- Organize time, work, and team to complete many varying responsibilities
- Achieve results independently and work collaboratively with the team
- Proactively and creatively find solutions to operational and people challenges
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of management experience in a service-related business
- Car wash experience preferred, but not required
We offer a fun, active, and outdoor workplace, working with a team of enthusiastic car washers. We also offer competitive health, 401(k), and paid time off benefits, plus free car washes, and an opportunity to grow your career with us.
Our Teammates in this role typically earn $19.00/hour, which includes a base pay of $17.00/hour plus an average of $2/hour in commission from membership sales. Commissions are uncapped, and our top performers regularly exceed $2/hour in additional earnings. Plus $500 monthly bonus at 100% of plan targets tied to individual and company performance.
Offer will depend on location and level of knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
