Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
  • Conduct focused interviews to identify specific patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare members to identify actual and potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior RN experience preferred.
