Private Duty Nurse

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Private Duty RN to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Private Duty RN, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in the comfort of their own homes, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their health goals.
Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state in which the Nurse practices.
Current Health Certificate (per facility).
Current MMR, VAR, and TDAP.
Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
Current BLS card.
