We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the procurement process for Facilities Services, including detailed spend, cost, and market analysis, and structured approaches to tendering and negotiating with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy for Integrated Facilities Management, Waste Management, Indirect Chemicals, Material Handling Equipment, Office Suppliers, and Cleaning Services aligned with the organization's goals.
Apply spend analytics best practices and conduct frequent deep dives in assigned categories.
Update annual Supplier Segmentation in the category and risk management.
Identify opportunities for cost savings or optimization and follow the Global Procurement governance in all projects, CRMC (Contract Risk Management Committee) approvals, eSourcing tools, Supplier Code of Conduct sign off, etc.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and follow Stakeholder engagement best practices to better understand business needs and align on resources and priorities.
Requirements
7+ years in supply chain management.
4 years in procurement.
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong business analysis skills, using business tools and information systems when solving problems and making decisions.
Negotiation skills, planning and anticipation, demonstrating professionalism in all business settings and showing ability to control emotions, mannerisms, and communication style.
Teamwork and relationship building, being a team player when interacting with stakeholders and peers, and able to manage relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strategic mindset, understanding the difference between total value and cost savings when making decisions.
Project management skills and setting priorities, ability to work cross-functional and cross-regional, and keep a proactive and dynamic attitude.
What We Offer
Competitive salary range $128,000-$144,000 USD, based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors, including experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills, and office/market location.
Annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options for Executive-level roles only.
