Job Title: Finance Resource Manager

Dynamo Technologies, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Finance Resource Manager to support our Air Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence Directorate (A2) program out of Langley AFB, VA. This position will be supporting the A21- Staff Operations - Internally - focused Support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze written workforce assessments, studies, and plans to support budgeting and accounting expertise for resource allocation and financial execution of ACC operations.
  • Develop and implement detailed policy and standards for the full spectrum of operations, including capital investment 3080/3600/3400 funding.
  • Plan and execute knowledge management for critical shortfall areas and prepare resource management methodologies, studies, weighted assessments, and cost analysis.
  • Integrate tasks during all phases of the Planning Programming Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) cycle and assist in researching and analyzing information and trends to determine the costs of accomplishing specific work objectives, organizational needs, and tasks.
  • Establish and maintain management controls over obligations and expenditures during the execution phase of the budgeting process, within approved spending limits.
  • Recommend alternatives/methods for alleviating critical funding shortages and aid in the development and administration of program-budget activities, schedules, and meetings.
Requirements:
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance.
  • Proficient with AF Financial Management (FM) TTP, Commanders Resource Integration System, Automated Business Services System, and Defense Enterprise Accounting Management System (DEAMS).
  • Experience in preparing and analyzing workforce assessments, studies, plans, and cost analyses.
  • Skilled in integrating tasks during all phases of the Planning Programming Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) cycle.
  • Proven ability and proficiency in using systems such as CMS, DTIMS, EDA, FMSuite, and FMSuite ODA.
Education and Experience:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Clearance Requirement:
  • TS/SCI.
