Job Title: Front Desk Agent

At Tamarack Resort, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest reservations, check-in, and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process payments, handle special requests, and maintain a high level of knowledge about our resort and its amenities.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with resort policies, procedures, and services to provide informed and personalized support to guests.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of customer service experience in the resort industry preferred.
