This organization operates multiple Day Habilitation Centers throughout Massachusetts, each designed to be fully accessible and conveniently located to serve the community effectively.
Our centers provide a diverse range of services tailored to meet the unique needs and aspirations of individuals attending the program. Each participant benefits from a personalized service plan aimed at fostering independence, enhancing social engagement, and improving overall quality of life.

Founded in Brockton, Massachusetts, we are committed to empowering individuals through compassionate support and a variety of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Training and Supervision:
- Assist in onboarding and training new personnel.
- Support the supervision and ongoing training of program staff.
- Develop and oversee the daily program schedule.
- Evaluate training needs for both the program and participants.
- Collaborate with the program director to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Maintain positive relationships with funding agencies, community partners, and families.
- Identify and address program concerns promptly, seeking guidance as needed.
- Complete necessary documentation in a timely manner.
- Facilitate staff meetings as required.
- Assist with facility maintenance issues.
- Support the orientation of new participants as appropriate.
- Manage case responsibilities and advocate for participants as assigned.
- Lead the development of consumer-centered programs, including the identification of adaptive equipment.
- Ensure the safe execution of behavior management plans.
- Adhere to agency policies and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- Provide physical assistance to individuals with mobility challenges as necessary.
- Deliver direct services as required.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with Acquired Brain Injury or Developmental Disabilities.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience in development and behavior management is advantageous.
- A valid driver's license in the state of residence is preferred.
