Occupational Therapist

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Group Therapy Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional care to patients with mental health needs.

• Develop and implement group therapy programs for patients with a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and MI.
• Provide clinical supervision and training to junior staff members, promoting their professional development and growth.
• Monitor patient progress and outcomes, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and services.

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
• Previous experience in group therapy and clinical leadership, preferably in a psychiatric setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and patients.
• Ability to set and maintain appropriate boundaries, ensuring a safe and respectful therapeutic environment.
