Job Summary

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in MS Dynamics CRM, D365, PowerShell Scripting, Microsoft Power Apps/Power Automate, CDS or Dataverse, Dynamics Field Services, API/Rest Web Services, JS, CSS, HTML, XML, and SharePoint Online. You will be responsible for developing, testing, implementing, and supporting Dynamics-based solutions, specifically focusing on Dynamics CRM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, implement, and support Dynamics-based solutions, specifically focusing on Dynamics CRM.
  • Develop, test, implement, and support MSFT PowerApps applications that leverage the Dynamics and/or Power platforms.
  • Develop, test, implement, and support integrations between Dynamics and other systems, applications, etc.
  • Develop, test, implement, and support AI-Dynamics-related solutions (e.g., CoPilot, etc.).
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of general Dynamics development experience.
  • 2-4 years of designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting Dynamics CRM.
  • 2-4 years of designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting SharePoint Online.
  • 2-4 years of designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting MSFT PowerApps applications.
  • Web technologies development experience (JS, CSS, HTML, XML).
  • Experience with API/REST web services and data sources.
  • Experience with structured development lifecycles and technical documentation.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Previous experience with Learning Management Software projects, integrations, or initiatives is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Agile and SCRUM Methodology.
  • Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
  • Understanding of version control systems, notably Git.
  • Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, Power Platform Developer Associate).
