Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team at Axxum Technologies. As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and services using Microsoft C#, ASP.Net, .Net Core, and SQL.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop web applications and services using C#, ASP.Net, .Net Core, and SQL.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
  • Integrate data storage solutions and ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and enhance custom applications using Dynamics365 and Power Apps.
  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in Microsoft C#, ASP.Net, and .Net Core and extensive experience with SQL and database design.
  • 2-4 years of experience with Dynamics365 and Power Apps.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with Call Center Software projects, integrations, or initiatives.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Agile and SCRUM Methodology.
  • Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
  • Understanding of version control systems, notably Git.
  • Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Power Platform Developer Associate).
  • Experience with Product Management and/or Health & Human Services Projects.
  • Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Knowledge of North52 and Delphix.
  • Previous experience working on large-scale transformation projects.
  • Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Certified ScrumMaster).
