This role supports the SBA credit group by executing advanced operating activities and providing exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will work closely with individuals to address issues, respond to inquiries, and identify process enhancements. Key responsibilities include account servicing, operations, and business proficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts, portfolios, or packages specific to the SBA credit group, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all rules and regulations.
• Perform various operational tasks, including data entry, processing, and documentation, to support customer, vendor, and associate inquiries.
• Develop relationships with customers, associates, and vendors to achieve business goals and streamline service experiences, providing resolution to escalated and complex support issues.
• Provide knowledge and expertise in the area of work, assisting in troubleshooting for both internal and external parties, and promoting Bank products or services as needed.

Requirements
