Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Supervisor to join our team at KFC. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train Team Members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
  • Assist in the efficient operation of the kitchen, including inventory management and cash handling
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
  • Support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager in running the restaurant

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must pass background check criteria
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Able to do basic business math
  • Able to stock shelves and coolers
  • Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
  • Able to sweep/mop floors, dust shelves, and lift/carry out trash containers to an outside bin
  • Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
  • Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs
