A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE CENTER MANAGER
In this pivotal role, you will oversee customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and the smooth operation of daily business activities.

As a leader, you embody our brand and strive to fulfill our mission: "Creating Customers for Life through Fast, Friendly, Clean, and Professional Service." You will set a positive tone, making the service center an enjoyable environment for both customers and staff. Your responsibilities will include hiring and training the right team members, providing constructive feedback, and fostering leadership skills through coaching and resources.

In addition to managing your team, you will also drive business growth by utilizing effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability. Your sales acumen and customer service skills will be crucial to your success.

Looking ahead, you will be responsible for planning and monitoring budget forecasts, while also encouraging innovation and progress through insightful questioning and relationship-building with both employees and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE CENTER MANAGER
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Relevant experience in sales and customer service
  • Previous leadership experience is a plus
