Job Summary:

The Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care services to patients, including dispensing medications, interpreting IV admixture orders, and preparing primary IV/solutions. You will also be responsible for supervising support personnel and ensuring the accuracy of all completed work.

Responsibilities:
  • Dispense medications to patients and interpret IV admixture orders
  • Prepare primary IV/solutions and manufacture nonstandard pharmaceutical preparations as needed
  • Supervise support personnel and ensure the accuracy of all completed work
  • Assist in the inspection of all pharmaceutical supplies on all services
  • Provide safe and accurate pharmaceutical care services
Requirements:
  • Completion of an ASHP accredited pharmacy residency preferred
  • Licensed as a pharmacist in the State of Washington
  • Minimum one (1) year of pharmacy experience preferred in a setting appropriate to the work assignment
