We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Coffee Regional Medical Center.
Job SummaryThe Licensed Practical Nurse will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the RN
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Assist with patient care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Document patient information and progress in the medical record
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Georgia
- 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
