Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Coffee Regional Medical Center.

Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the RN
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Assist with patient care activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Georgia
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records
