Junior Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our team in the Securities Class Actions Services (SCAS) department. As a Junior Analyst, you will be responsible for documenting and submitting claims for Securities Class Action Service filing clients, maintaining data quality, and ensuring comprehensive audit trails for claims filings and deficiency resolution.

• Document and submit claims for Securities Class Action Service filing clients
• Maintain data quality and ensure accuracy of mission-critical information
• Ensure comprehensive audit trails for claims filings and deficiency resolution
• Monitor key performance indicators to ensure data integrity
• Work with clients to answer questions related to cases and upcoming claims
• Create client-specific monthly reports of claims filing activity, upcoming claims, and disbursement information
• Perform account maintenance for clients
• Work with clients and custodian banks to procure necessary documentation for successful filings and deficiency resolution
• Build and enhance relationships with various groups in the industry to improve efficiency and product offerings

• CURRENTLY ENROLLED AT A UNIVERSITY TOWARDS BACHELOR'S DEGREE
• Familiarity with common office software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Information technology skills (SQL, VB, programming, etc.) a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and time management skills
• Team player and excellent relationship builder
• Self-motivated and driven
• Demonstrated analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated project management skills - defining scope, resources, and timelines, and managing to deliverables
