Job Summary

UNC Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse II-3 West to join our team. As a Clinical Nurse II-3 West, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
  • One (1) year of nursing experience.
