Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Supervisor to join our team at PIH Health. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our radiology team, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of radiology technologists, transporters, and consultation staff.
  • Ensure that all radiology procedures are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in departmental quality control and quality assurance activities.
Requirements
  • Current California CRT Certification and Fluoroscopy.
  • Current Registry Certification from AART.
  • BLS from American Heart Association.
  • LA City Fire Card within 6 months of employment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Supervisory/lead experience in radiology.
  • 5 years of imaging experience in an acute care hospital.
  • Experience with care for all age groups (neonatal, pediatric, adult, geriatric) in the setting of ER, ICU, CSU, NICU, and OR, to include fluoroscopy, portable, and on-call experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved school for radiology technology with an AA-degree or BS-degree.
