Hyve Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of operators to build quality products, drive continuous improvement plans, and resolve technical issues quickly.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the Sr. Manager of Manufacturing to support daily work functions and ensure the achievement of daily business goals.
- Coordinate internal and external training, and coach/manage mfg operators to ensure desired performance is achieved and all operating standards are adhered to.
- Ensure compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility, and develop training and development plans for employees to follow company policy, maintain a high level of quality, and ensure a safe working environment.
- Produce server/rack products in accordance with provided specifications, including quality and quantity, and supervise daily work of all staff, assisting in problem-solving to achieve daily/weekly KPIs.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as product line Run Rates and First Pass Yield, identifying inefficiencies and taking responsive and corrective actions for immediate remedy.
- Resolve technical issues ASAP when possible, and work with Manufacturing Engineering to improve and update MPIs, Tool, Fixtures, and overall process.
- Maintain communication between employees and senior management to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood, and communicate with other shifts to ensure production handovers are effective.
- Review the performance of employees, recognize their contribution, and develop their career growth.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Support opening & closing Mfg. building, and be on time to setup work schedules & support work on weekends as needed.
- BS, Engineering, Associate degree with a minimum of 3 yrs of electronic manufacturing experience.
- Ability to work and understand engineering instructions and specs.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, and fluent in English.
