Job Title: Cell Manufacturing Technical Program Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager to join our Cell Manufacturing team at Tesla. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing technical projects from concept and launch through the entire project lifecycle, from idea through Tesla scale mass production.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical projects from concept and launch through the entire project lifecycle, from idea through Tesla scale mass production.
  • Drive projects to expand throughput through continuous improvement projects and new capacity installations.
  • Coordinate between different functional groups, such as design, process, controls, metrology, and operations.
  • Interface with other key stakeholders, such as facilities, tool install teams, and production teams.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in an Engineering program, such as Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and demonstrated ability to leverage this understanding to solve technical problems.

  • A competitive salary range of $40.00 - $60.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
