This position will be responsible for leading and managing a team of operators to build quality products, drive continuous improvement plans, and resolve personal and technical problems quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily work functions to ensure the achievement of daily business goals.
  • Partner with management to be groomed into a leadership role.
  • Coordinate internal and external training, and coach/manage mfg operators to ensure that desired performance is achieved, and all operating standards are adhered to.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility.
  • Produce server/rack products in accordance with the provided specifications, including quality and quantity.
  • Supervise daily work of all staff, assisting in problem-solving to achieve daily/weekly KPIs.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as product line Run Rates and First Pass Yield by identifying inefficiencies and taking responsive and corrective actions for immediate remedy.
  • Resolve technical issues as soon as possible.
  • Work with MFG PM, Warehouse, PE/QE, and Facility for taking immediate steps to ensure optimal efficiency, remove obstacles, and eliminate unnecessary downtime in order to achieve production goals.
  • Maintain communication between employees and senior management to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood.
  • Review the performance of employees, recognize their contribution, and develop their career growth.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specially Excel.
  • Support opening & closing Mfg. building.
  • Be on time to setup work schedules & support work on weekends as needed.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, and fluent in English.
