Position: HVAC Sheetmetal Mechanical Installer Assistant

RYCON MECHANICAL INC is in search of a dedicated and skilled HVAC Sheetmetal Mechanical Installer Assistant to enhance our workforce. In this role, you will be instrumental in the setup and assembly of duct systems, variable air volume (VAV) units, fans, registers, dampers, and various related apparatus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and analyze technical blueprints and schematics
  • Assist in the effective installation of diverse HVAC systems
  • Adhere to instructions from the Foreman or lead installer
  • Maintain adherence to all safety protocols on the job site
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in HVAC Sheetmetal Installation
  • Possession of a valid and clean Driver's License
  • OSHA 30 & SST Certification is mandatory
  • Physical capability to ascend ladders, maneuver in tight spaces, and lift substantial weights
  • Proficient communication skills in English
  • Applicants without prior sheetmetal installation experience are discouraged from applying
